Annelise Capossela is an illustrator living and working in NYC. Originally from Vermont, she believes in simple, yet meaningful, storytelling. She received her BFA from Savannah College of Art and Design, and her MFA from School of Visual Arts in New York City. She has won awards from American Illustration, Society of Illustrators LA, and Applied Arts.
Selected clients include The New York Times, The New Yorker, NPR, VICE, Global Citizen, TASTE, Lenny Letter, Longreads, Middlebury Magazine, Sacramento Magazine, and Family Circle Magazine.
Her work has been shown in gallery spaces such as One Art Space Tribeca and Gowanus Print Lab, and appeared in TeNeues' Everyone Loves New York, and UPNE's What Are the Arts and Sciences? A Guide for the Curious.
